One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one 888pub account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 888pub employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any outstanding balances may be voided.

Account Closure: You may close your 888pub account at any time by contacting our support team. Accepted Payment Methods: 888pub currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks. The minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallets and ₱200 for bank transfers.

Deposit Processing: All 888pub deposits are credited to your wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. 888pub does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the standard identity verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 888pub processes e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) within 1–5 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 15–60 minutes during Philippine banking hours. 888pub does not charge withdrawal fees.

Withdrawal Restrictions: The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit where possible. 888pub may request additional verification documents for withdrawals above ₱50,000 per transaction. Where bonus funds have been credited, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider while funds remain in your 888pub account is considered a breach of these terms. 888pub reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and pursue recovery of funds through lawful means.

888pub offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all 888pub bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on 888pub is 20x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the promotion specifies a different period. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus and associated winnings.

Bet Confirmation: A bet or game round is not final until it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by 888pub. Bets placed during system errors, connectivity interruptions, or outside the valid betting window for a market will be voided and stakes returned.

Voided Bets: 888pub reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the event was cancelled or postponed before completion; (b) incorrect odds were published due to a technical error; (c) there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these terms. In all cases of void, the original stake is returned to the member's wallet.

Sports Betting: All sports betting at 888pub is settled based on the official results published by the relevant governing body (PBA, NBA, FIBA, etc.). Results announced provisionally are subject to confirmation. 888pub may delay settlement where a result is under review or appeal by the governing body.

Live Casino: Results on 888pub live dealer tables are determined by real-time physical events (card draws, dice rolls, wheel spins) conducted by licensed live casino studios. These are not influenced by 888pub and are subject to the rules of each specific game as displayed at the table.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 888pub and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple bonuses
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
